It is a 2B +G+7 floor building with 31 flats, one coffee shop, 6 shops, 2 car parking floors and other amenities. Al Husn uses Smart Building Technology to create an energy efficient environment.
Residents have an access card and a password "which will be given to you and changed frequently for security reasons and you will be notified accordingly" to enter the building from both sides (marina and road). For other guests and visitors, the security person will open the door and on identification through Intercom. Mr.Sabu Baby (055-1183420) is presently the Building Coordinator. Alternatively you can call Mr.Shaji (050-5252643) in the case of Mr.Sabu not reachable.
