The intercom system will allow Residents to call the Security Person from their flats and also see guests in the ground floor lobby on their intercom screens. After receiving permission from a Resident, the Security Person will direct guests to a Resident's flat. The apartments environment can be controlled by iPad also.
Al HUSN MARINA has two car lifts which will take all types of cars. All Residents have a remote to open the Gate Barrier. There are 2 other remotes for operation of car lifts. The first lift (IN) will take your car to the parking stations by pressing the respective floor (B1 or B2) after your car has entered the lift. The Second lift (OUT) will guide you to take the car out of the parking floor.
All flats are equipped with automatic keyless locks, and a separate operational manual is attached for using the locks.
CCTV Cameras are provided in all lobbies and entrances. There are 32 cameras in the building to monitor all public places
Al Husn Marina has a medium sized swimming pool which can be used free of charge by Residents. There are no life guard facilities and the Landlord takes no responsibility for any accident or injury caused while using the pool. The timings will be 6.00 a.m. to 9.00 p.m.
AAL HUSN MARINA has a most modern Building Management System. All the flats have Personal Data Assistants (Tablets) or computers which will enable Residents to monitor amenities such as air conditioning, lights etc. Details on Page # 7 to 10 for proper usage. Flats in Ground floor to 3 have been designated as Silver Package where Tablets have been provided and flats in floor # 4 to 7 have been designated as Gold Package where personal computers have been additionally provided.
We have separate Health Clubs for Ladies and Men consisting of Gymnasiums, Sauna rooms, Steam rooms. The Health club will be operated by an outside service provider who will offer good discounts to all interested Residents.
AL HUSN Marina has a smart TV system for the building, with channels available from 3 satellites; ARABSAT, NILESAT AND HOT BIRD. There are also 40 channels available on Radio Frequency which is completely free; the list is attached on Page # 11. In case Residents would like additional channels, satellite receivers would need to be purchased, and the Building Coordinator can provide assistance in this regard. No additional dish antenna is allowed to be installed in the building
An elaborate fire system has been provided in the building and is linked to Civil Defense, Dubai through GPRS. Any fire alarm will be received by the Central Civil Defense control room. A detailed manual is attached for reference and use.
AL HUSN Marina has a central Gas system. The supplier may be allowed to take readings at the end of the month. A complete manual is attached for reference and use.
Al Husn Marina has a central vacuum system. It is an excellent system where the entire dust in your flat will be cleaned and directly deposited in the bin provided in the Garbage room. The deposit on the kit is AED 1000/- and an additional AED 2000/- yearly will be charged for provision and servicing. This is an optional service for the Residents.
Residents must not put any belongings in the common area of the building such as corridors, in front of their residences, garage, etc. Al Husn Marina is pleased to provide a storage room for you at a nominal price, which will go into taking care of the common area of the building.
Al Husn Marina has only 31 flats and we would like the tenant to feel like a home and therefore the security of the building is your concern too. Any illegal activity noticed should be brought to the notice of Management which will help us in ensuring complete safety. The secrecy of access number should be maintained for better safety. .
